Applications Analyst (Tessitura)
Newsweb LLC located in the Lincoln Park community is currently looking for an Applications Analyst to join our team. The Applications Analyst will play a key role in supporting and evolving the organization’s core business applications across multiple entities. The role will initially focus on the configuration, support and upgrade of Tessitura, with responsibility to expand over time to additional financial and operational systems.

Salary and Benefits:
- The annual salary range for this position is $55,000 to $67,000, commensurate with experience.

Principal Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned business applications.
- Translate business needs into system configurations, reports and process improvements.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows and system usage.
- Work with Management to develop Reports and BI Dashboards.
- Provide support for end-users experiencing issues with applications.
- Develop system and process documentation suitable for IT and end user training.
- Design and deliver training sessions on new software features.
- Participate in testing activities, including system upgrades, patches and enhancements.
- Take increasing ownership of additional applications over time as experience grows.
- Assist in other areas as needed as part of the IT team, including hardware/infrastructure issues, as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience working with business applications such as ERP, CRM or ticketing systems.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases, including writing and modifying queries.
- Experience with system integrations and APIs, including understanding how applications exchange data (e.g., REST APIs, web services, or file-based integrations).
- Experience gathering requirements or documenting business processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical users.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and propose practical solutions.
- Process-oriented thinker who can understand and adapt to different areas of the business.
- Ability to work in an unstructured, fluid environment and adapt to evolving circumstances.
