Administrative Director
La Caccina is a Chicago-based professional treble ensemble that champions and performs diverse, innovative repertoire for women’s voices to engage audiences and to inspire the next generation of collaborative musicians.
La Caccina’s Administrative Director will have 3 primary areas of responsibility:
BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Provide administrative support to La Caccina, managing day-to-day operations including website monitoring and maintenance, email communications, and merch store order processing and fulfillment.
DEVELOPMENT DUTIES
Lead and coordinate development efforts by cultivating and maintaining relationships with Board members, donors, and potential sponsors. Identify potential foundation and corporate supporters and lead in grant-writing efforts. With the Board Treasurer, monitor finances, budgeting, and funding sources for each season.
MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS
In collaboration with the Artistic Director, Production Manager, and Communications Manager, lead in the development of marketing campaigns for La Caccina programs across social media and newsletter platforms. Additional advertising and marketing oversight as needed for each concert cycle.
