Administrative Coordinator, UChicago Arts

The UChicago Arts Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support for and reports to both the Senior Advisor to the Provost for Arts and the Associate Vice President and Executive Director of UChicago Arts and the Logan Center. The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for managing the day to day work flow of the Senior Advisor and Associate Vice President, primarily handling scheduling requests and managing their calendars. Also assists with correspondence, deadline tracking, meeting set-up, and filing. The Administrative Coordinator will also work closely with the Strategic Planning Manager to advance UChicago Arts Priorities including the schedule of all Arts Steering Committee and Sub-Committee meetings, including meeting set up, event and travel planning, and financial tracking (including GEMS reports, etc. for the Senior Advisor and Associate Vice President).
