Wall Space Rental Program

Chicago Grand Gallery is now accepting applications for our Wall Space Rental Program, offering Chicago artists a flexible and affordable opportunity to showcase their work in an established gallery setting.

Details:
Location: 2842 W Chicago Ave, Chicago, IL
Wall Size: 8 x 8 feet
Rental Rate: $300 per month (month-to-month terms)
Includes exposure during gallery openings and public events
Artists retain 100% of all sales — no commission taken

What We Offer:

• A professional gallery environment for your work to gain exposure
• Promotion of your work via Instagram Stories, Facebook, and email newsletters
• Opportunity to propose workshops or events in the space during the time of wall rental

Application Requirements:

• Artist statement (max 125 words)
• Professional CV (up to 2 pages, showing 4+ years of active art practice)
• High-quality photos of work that you wish to display

Please note:

• All work must be approved by the gallery before installation.
• Final decisions about placement and presentation are made by the gallery team to ensure cohesion with the space and ongoing programming.
• Artists are responsible for delivering ready-to-hang artwork. All installations and takedowns are managed by the gallery.
