Description
Take Care, founded by curator and licensed social worker Gabrielle Banzhaf (BFA, MSW, LSW), invites artists, collectives, and arts organizations to participate in therapeutic and creative well-being sessions. The program integrates clinical social work with artistic practice to support mental health, resilience, and sustainability in creative life.
Services include:

Individual & artist-couple therapy (sliding scale available)

Short-term Creative Intensives (4–6 sessions for blocks, portfolio completion, grant season stress)

Organizational wellness consulting & evaluation frameworks

Coaching & workshops for graduate students and early-career artists
Eligibility
Open to artists and arts organizations of all disciplines. Chicago-area artists encouraged to apply; virtual sessions available nationwide.
