Seeking actors for "The Ostrich"

Casting for "The Ostrich" by Wendy Schmidt, directed by Eileen Tull

INFO:

"The Ostrich" is about a fictional town called Ostrich in Indiana that grapples with the changing times when the Wright Brothers come to town to build an airstrip. The play explores the allure and consequences of progress in the name of capitalism.

This production will be produced by the Chicago Park District with additional production support by The Terra Cottas. The production will take place in our Gunder Mansion all through the first floor and possibly outdoors - audience will be traveling! This space is only accessible via a handful of steps.

PAY:
We are still negotiating the budget for this production, so I apologize for not being able to give a firm number. I anticipate that the actor stipends will be between $100-300 each. I will hopefully know more by as soon as this Friday 2/14 and will update the audition form accordingly.
