Unsure if your work falls under the punk aesthetic? Ask yourself these questions:
- Is your artwork bold or vibrant?
- Does it go against the grain?
- Is it authentically & unapologetically true to you?
- Does it share your unique narrative & experiences?
- Does it uplift marginalized voices/communities?
- Is your craft a direct act of rebellion against a capitalist society? Is it anti-establishment?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, your work is punk.
