Male-Presenting Actor for Short Film
Casting Call – Short Film (Unpaid)
Hi everyone! We’re looking for two male-presenting actors (20s) to be part of our short film, What Isn’t Said. This is a small, independent project that uses quiet moments and subtle gestures to tell a story about how everyday decisions can feel big when it comes to personal safety. The film will be submitted to festivals once complete.
Roles:
-
Guy at the Bar: You’ll be in a short scene where your presence and body language carry the moment. No lines — just a natural, believable presence.
-
Guy on the Train: A brief scene in a public space. Again, no dialogue, just subtle expression and physicality to help shape the atmosphere.
Details:
-
Each role is non-speaking and you’ll be on screen for only a few seconds.
-
Time commitment: about 1–2 hours.
-
Location: Chicago, IL
Date: TBD based on your availability
-
Compensation: This is unpaid, but you’ll get credit, a meal on set, and a copy of the film for your reel.
