Graduate SAIC Day + Reduced Application Fee Deadline Extension
Artists, designers and scholars considering graduate studies are invited to visit The School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC)'s Chicago campus to engage with key faculty members from our graduate departments, meet current graduate students, learn about our curricula and facilities, and inquire about admissions and financial aid. While not required, you may wish to bring your portfolio for review. Graduate campus tours will also be offered.

SAIC has also extended the priority application deadline to December
15, 2025. Students who submit their application by December 15 pay a
reduced application fee of $45. After the deadline, application fees
will be $90.
Additional
application materials, including the portfolio, statement of intent,
transcripts, and letters of recommendation must be received by the
January 10 final deadline. See details on Graduate Program requirements
