Call for Models/Dancers

CATERPILLAR APPAREL: Spring/Summer ‘20 Line Presentation WE ARE CAT Apparel, an Americana apparel brand for a global audience focused on modern fits, luxury fabrics and elevated details. Coming off a successful launch at the most recent New York Fashion Week (FW’19), we are hosting a private fashion show and presentations of the line to a global visitor base. YOU ARE From all walks of life, familiar with streetwear culture, and a dancer fluent in movement to hip hop, house, and/or breaks. You have modeled previously and/or have a portfolio list of past dance performances. You can dance in a crew-style format where each dancer takes turns performing 3x. WE NEED 6-8 models, Women size 4 / small (5’7”, waist 26”) / Men suit size 38-42 (5’10”-6’0”, waist 32-34”) for the fashion show and trade presentations, and 4-6 dancers from that group to perform at an evening hospitality event. We would like to have the same individuals for the entire timeframe and will give preference to those who can dance, model, and match our schedule. --- DATES Sunday, May 12, afternoon (time TBD): Fitting Monday, May 13 (6am - 12pm): Fashion Show / Presentations Monday, May 13 (7:30pm – 9:30pm): Performance LOCATION Fitting / Fashion Show / Presentations @ Bridgeport Arts Center | 1200 West 35th CTA: Red Line to Sox-35th, 35 Bus Westbound -or- Orange Line to Ashland, venue is 1.3 mi from station in the Sculpture Garden.
