Alley Cat Vintage Market: Artist/Maker Call

Evanston's Paws and Claws Cat Rescue is seeking Chicago area artists and makers for our inaugural Alley Cat Vintage Market on July 27+ July 28! We welcome 2D/3D art, jewelry, ceramics, fiber or handmade items (no vintage or reselling permitted).

Here are the details:
DATES: Market will be held, RAIN OR SHINE, on Saturday. July 27 from 11AM-6PM and on Sunday, July 28 from 11AM-4PM. Applicants can only participate on Saturday, July 27 as July 28 is already full.

LOCATION: outdoor back lot at 829 Chicago Avenue in Evanston, IL

OPEN TO: Chicago area artists and makers (2D art, 3D art, jewelry, fiber, ceramics, handmade items, etc.). No vintage or reselling permitted.

FEE: $50 per day. Participant is also required to donate one work or item to a Paws and Claws event raffle.

FEE INCLUDES: 6" table only (no chair, tent, weights or signage included). Space can accommodate a 10'x10" tent if preferred (must be supplied by participant). Load-in details will be provided upon selection.

LIABILITY: Participant must provide proof of event insurance or sign a liability waiver.

DEADLINE TO ENTER: June 29, 2024

NOTIFICATION: Applicants will be contacted by July 1, 2024 if they are selected to participate. Electronic payment must be received by July 7, 2024 to reserve your spot or it will be forfeited.

REFUND: No refund will be provided if participant withdraws from participation.
