Aerial Dance Chicago is seeking highly trained dancers for 2019-2020 20th Anniversary Season! AUDITION DATES & TIMES Tuesday April 2, 2019 Audition for Paid Company Dancer Positions. Check-in begins at 9:15am. Audition starts with ballet class at 10:00am. Friday April 5, 2019 Audition for Apprentice Dancer Positions and Scholarships. Check-in begins at 9:15am. Audition starts with ballet class at 10:00am. To attend an audition, you must submit the online registration form below. There is no fee to audition. REQUIREMENTS - PAID COMPANY DANCER POSITIONS -Minimum age is 18 years. -Strong ballet technique and contemporary dance training is required. -Advanced level training in aerial fabric technique is required. -Solid physical and mental focus needed to learn intricate choreography and for the mastery of ADC's signature airborne dance style. -Must be available for rehearsals Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10am-2pm and for all performance dates. REQUIREMENTS - APPRENTICE DANCER POSITIONS -Minimum age is 18 years. -Strong ballet technique and contemporary dance training is required. -No previous aerial experience is required. -Solid physical and mental focus needed to learn intricate choreography and for the mastery of ADC's signature airborne dance style. -Must be available for rehearsals Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10am-2pm and for all performance dates.
