Tools of Care: A Practical Workshop for Artist Well-Being
with Chiara Francesca Galimberti

Join acupuncturist and artist Chiara Francesca Galimberti to talk about the basics of acupressure and moxa heat therapy to promote healing and well-being. Chiara will guide individuals on how to locate their own pressure points, and work with these areas to address tension, anxiety, digestive problems, headaches, insomnia, cramps, and other wellness issues. Chiara will also offer NADA ear acupuncture and ear seeds for stress and general detox.

This program is a pay-what-you-can workshop with all payments going directly to Chiara. Limited space available and advance registration is required.
