Seeking a live/work tenant/collaborator. Flexible. Couple of different options in family 2 flat in Skokie, walk to the Oakton el.

Super Convenient. newly remodeled. Basically looking for one or two creative people to work with and/or around. It could be a good place to incubate an artistic business, or just a place to live and work.

Filled with books, tools, and resources.

I am going to have to be picky, since it is shared with family; but really could be great. Again, flexible for the right fit.Ideal candidates would be interested in: Literary (private library),Culinary Arts (cool kitchen), Textiles (ongoing projects involving upholstery and clothing), visual arts (aesthetics are in my wheelhouse), health and well-being (stretch and meditation space), and possible others.Cheers again, hope you can make the connection.Look forward to hearing from If you reply and don't get a response within a couple of days, please call. My email has been unreliable lately.
