Rhythm of the Street Dance Studio

850 square feet of studio space in a store front.

Open, welcoming and affordable space in the Irving Park Area. Located 1 block from the Montrose, Kedzie bus and a mile from the brown line on Kedzie.

I have created a family oriented dance studio for my students and want to share that vibe with others. My new studio can be rented to dancer teachers, photographers, yoga teachers, etc. I would prefer ongoing classes and/or workshops but one offs work well also. Contact me to discuss your details and let's see if it will work out.

Studio attributes:
A sound system
1 large bathroom
11 chairs
Acrylic mirrors on 1 wall
Tap friendly (sorry, no Flamenco classes)
A grocery store and Walgreens minutes away

Rental times:
Sunday 10-9pm
Monday 10-9pm
Tuesday 10-9pm
Saturday after 3:30pm

Minimum of 2 hours per reservation. Please leave the space in the same or better condition by checking the bathroom for mess, dusting the floor with provided dust mop and taking out any trash that is food related. All spills must be cleaned up immediately. No cooking food in the space. I will return before you leave to close the studio. Please allow time for that after your event.

Street parking is free all around the studio.
