Parlour and Ramp is looking for a new roommate starting in January! The ideal person is a working artist looking for space to create and affordable living. We have been an established artist-run space since 2017 and actively put on shows and neighborhood events in our Pilsen neighborhood.
The rent is $734/ month and includes a free studio space, roughly 300sqft inside the building. As a resident here, you will be part of the Gallery so there are opportunities for curation, showing your work, and day to day operations for our space.
There is free parking in our back lot, in-house laundry, and woodshop tools in our basement!
