Modern Open Studio Floor to Ceiling Windows!

Our modern open studio is currently seeking a studio mate, sunny floor to ceiling windows, a commercial space in West Andersonville, Chicago Northside Area.

$750/month, including 3 days a week to yourself (2 weekdays and 1 weekend day), all utilities included, and wireless internet. We are asking for a 3 month commitment as a trial. Start date anywhere between August 15th-Sept 1st. Looking for the right creative individual for a partnership.

Studio is a 700 square-foot brick and timber loft with modern upgrades, featuring floor to ceiling windows and an open sky view. Studio is on Ravenswood with a free parking lot and is surrounded by ample street parking.Studio mate would be entitled to the entire studio space for a few days during the week - (example is, Sunday through Tuesday). Building has a lobby, can receive mail, bathrooms down the hall, and is populated with a warm and diverse group of artists, creatives and therapists working in various disciplines.

A great fit would likely be a freelancer working in art, design, writing, filmmaking, video (producing, directing, animation, editing, color, etc), music, advertising, programming, marketing, Dance Therapist, Yoga with private clients or another creative field.
