Live/work at Parlour and Ramp temporary sublet

Parlour and Ramp Gallery is looking for someone to sublet a bedroom while one of its members is away in New Zealand.

Ideally 2-4 months starting in January or February. Might consider shorter stays.

Large bedroom 20ft x 8ft plus studio/workshop space, and gallery space if you need it!

It’s a unique opportunity for a creative person.

Located in Pilsen (21st St and Hoyne).

Space includes two floors with a back deck and huge back lot for parking, gardening, campfires, etc. We have two friendly cats.

Connected is our large gallery space perfect for events, workshops, art shows, fundraisers, etc.

Amenities include washer/dryer, central air, hardwood floors, large closets and high ceilings.

Current cooed roommates are tidy, laid back, respectful, hard working and practicing in different creative mediums which include painting, ceramics, printmaking and an actor/comedian.

Furnished or unfinished.

Users can still post and find calls for artists, job opportunities, and available art studio space. Emerging artists, curators, and businesses can also learn more about CAC grants and art advising services.
