The rear porch can also be used for outdoor projects. Separate private bedroom faces west.

Me: I am a painter and have an easel set up to paint in the open space. I also paint, work and volunteer at the nearby Agitator Art Collective and the Lill Street Art Center.

This is a 2-Bedroom 1st Fl Apt in Logan Square, $700 a month, plus utilties (about $30), available March 1, 2023 and move-in available a week before.

The building is a multi-unit 3-story building from the 1910s or -20s w/hardwood floors on St Louis Ave and Lyndale, two blocks southwest of the 3200 W Fullerton Ave and 2400 N Kimball Ave. It is within a mile of the CTA Blue Line stops (N Spaulding & N Milwaukee or N Kedzie & W Logan) and the Fullerton Ave bus stop; non-permitted parking is available on the streets.

The shared space is the kitchen, living and sunroom, which can be re-arranged to meet one another’s needs in terms of furniture and stuff. Pet cats okay; I have a 1.5 year old male cat.
