Large Artist Studio (Mana Contemporary)

Hello, I'm looking for a studio mate to join my space on the 2nd floor at Mana Contemporary in Pilsen.

About the space:

- The studio is 1000ft and has high ceilings with big windows getting plenty of natural light.

- It’s on the second floor, so you can walk up the stairs to get to it.

- By being at Mana you will get access to a lot of their facilities like a loading dock, mailroom, 24 hour access, library, and other open spaces that you can use for your work.

- Mana has one of the strongest artist communities in Chicago and hosts events like Open Studios, exhibitions, artist talks, etc, which you can be a part of.

- Studio is a shared space and you will be one of the 4 tenants in the space.

- The rent of your space will be $350-$395 based on your space with a flexible lease between 4-6 months.

About me:

I graduated from School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2019 and have been at Mana since. I run a small studio operation with a 3D printer, electronics station, a gaming rig, and a couple of other tools. I primarily work in the creative coding and 3D modeling space.

Move-In Date: The studio is available to move-in starting November 1, 2023.
