CAD Residency Program

Deadline to apply for Chicago Art Department's 2020-21 Studio Residency Program is Sunday July 26th! Our program is rooted in supporting artists who question the city we live in. If accepted CAD resident artists work towards specific goals, pay subsidized monthly fees of $300 and have 24/7 access to CAD’s (newly built!) individual studio spaces, galleries to curate/host exhibitions, and community spaces. Users can still post and find calls for artists, job opportunities, and available art studio space. Emerging artists, curators, and businesses can also learn more about CAC grants and art advising services.
