Large warehouse studio off Green line

2500 sq. ft ceramics studio in Garfield Park to share

Pottery business takes up aprox 1000sq. ft. in main warehouse space leaving an additional 1500 sq.ft in warehouse to share.

This is a great opportunity for a potter who doesn't own their own equipment but is looking to expand their practice beyond a community studio. I have several Shimpo wheels, a big Skutt kiln, work tables, tools, and more that could be part of the rental, if interested.

Other visual artists/ makers welcome too if ceramics isn't your thing. You would be responsible for building out your workspace.
