We are currently seeking an experienced Ballroom, Swing, and Latin dance instructor who shares our commitment to excellence, professionalism, and a personalized approach to teaching.

Dance Styles:
We specialize in teaching American-style dances, including, but not limited to:

Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Rumba, Salsa, Cha Cha, Bolero, Bachata, East Coast Swing, West Coast Swing, Lindy Hop, Hustle, Night Club Two Step, and more!

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering exceptional and personalized private and group lessons
• Planning, scheduling, and teaching 20-30 high-level lessons per week
• Taking timely, clear, and detailed lesson note
• Maintaining professionalism and a welcoming attitude while interfacing with clients for up to 5 consecutive lessons (a total of 3.75 hours).
• Attending and participating in team meetings and studio events (paid)
• Ability to teach at both our West Loop and Lakeview studio locations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of ballroom, Latin, and swing teaching experience in a professional studio environment.
• Ability to choreograph wedding dances focused on musicality rather than syllabus steps.
• Ability to consistently meet or exceed high standards of client interaction and instructional quality.
• A passion for creatively helping clients reach their unique and personal dance goals
• Flexibility and professionalism in working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude with an acute attention to detail
