Visiting Lecturer of Photography/Digital Arts

Indiana University Northwest is seeking to fill a faculty position for a Visiting Lecturer of Photography/Digital Arts in the Department of Fine Arts.

The Visiting Lecturer of Photography/Digital Arts is a full-time, one semester academic position with a four course per semester teaching assignment. Responsibilities include: teaching multiple sections of photography and digital arts courses as well as related departmental service courses using online and face-to-face modalities, assisting with curricular development, implementation and Program evaluation, and participating in departmental and community service/faculty governance activities.

Basic Qualifications

Required Qualifications: Terminal degree in Photography/Digital Arts or related field. Teaching experience at the college level. Evidence of an artistic/creative program.

Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge in various media and in current digital processes, especially interdisciplinary approaches. Ability to participate in program and curricular development. Experience teaching in online and face-to-face modalities.
