Violin Teacher
Music House, School of Performing Arts is adding violin teachers to our staff for group classes in Chicago Public Schools. Pay is $40/hour- entry level through $50/hour- experienced. ($30 for students/assistants/brand new teachers in training) We provide training to new teachers.
Requirements for Group Teachers (working in Chicago Public School After School Programs:)
- available Monday and Wednesdays between ~3:00-5:00 and/or Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:45-4:45 and willing to travel to Chicago Public Schools for 1 hour after school classes
- enjoy working with kids
- ability to play through Suzuki Book 1
- desire and motivation to learn
- attend Music House teacher trainings
