TEACHING ARTIST - DRAWING AND PAINTING
Lillstreet Art Center is looking for instructors to teach in our Drawing and Painting Department. We are specifically looking for those that can teach one or more of the following subjects:
- First-Time Drawing
- First-Time Painting
- Beginning Drawing
- Beginning Acrylic Painting
- Beginning Oil Painting
- Guided Painting Projects
- Introduction to Watercolor
- Figure Drawing and Painting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in arts or higher or 5+ years as a working artist
- At least two years of previous teaching experience, or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience
- Positive, professional and motivational
- Excellent people skills
- Must be comfortable working with adults of all skill levels and abilities
- Evening and weekend availability preferred
