Virtual and In-Person Teaching Artist
An Opportunities for All (OfA) Teaching Artist, in partnership with the OfA Lead Teaching Artist, is responsible for developing and delivering high quality instructional content that is student-centered, standards-based, and culturally relevant. An OfA Teaching Artist will use their artistic skills, background, and experience to work with students in grades 1 to 8 to engage them in project-based or semester/year-long activities. As part of OfA’s work with students, the Teaching Artist will employ the following processes in each of their classes: Arts Making, Arts Literacy, Interpretation and Documentation, and Making Connections (cross-content, community, cultural, global).
Pay range of $35-50 per hour.

Work is currently done virtually (Zoom and Google Meet), but will return to in-person in the summer.
