WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
A clever, creative, kind, responsible, technically proficient, personable manager to oversee our escape room operations.
-Strong ability to train and manage a team of independent contractors
-A passion for our games! Candidates must be willing to become something of an expert in all six of our escape rooms
-As an escape room facility and venue rental, we host widely diverse communities, from children's birthday parties to hip hop production crews to non-profit fundraisers. Candidates must be possess extraordinary customer service and be comfortable speaking with all of the communities that we serve.
-Exceptional writing and communication skills
-Must be willing to be on-call with regards to staffing escape rooms
Some examples of the type of work that will fall under the manager's umbrella are: Working the box office (knowledge of Xola ticketing system a plus!), fixing broken puzzles, helping maintain the facility, administrative work, event planning, community outreach/organizing, marketing, sales, and team management.

Salaried at $36,000+/year, commensurate on experience, plus health insurance.
● You must have a college degree, currently attending college, or be well traveled and above the age of 18.
● You must be able to communicate effectively via email, in person, and over the phone.
● You must be capable of keeping game notes, and learning to use game running software.
● You must be a punctual, professional individual capable of working independently.
● You must own or have access to a smartphone (any brand is fine as long as you can access the internet).
● You must be able to politely interact with guests, run a fun game experience, and deal calmly with any issue that may arise.
● You must have a sense of humor, value having fun (never at the expense of others), and not be a jerkfacebuttmunchgarbagehuman.
SCHEDULE:This is a full-time position.Escape Artistry offers showtimes Monday thru Sunday starting at 10:15AM with the last games going in at 10:45PM.
