Job Description

The Seamstress/Stitcher is responsible for the manufacturing and assembly of tension fabric covers, SEG graphics, pole-pocket banners and more, using a variety of industrial sewing equipment and methods. You will work in a team environment and utilize layouts that detail sewing construction methods.


  • Measuring, cutting, sewing and finishing dye-sublimation printed fabrics
  • Reading and interpreting production layouts
  • Performing physically demanding tasks including lifting and fitting large fabric covers
  • Troubleshooting issues related to product design and cover construction
  • Working well with others to meet the demanding deadlines of our industry
  • Communicating clearly with managers and peers to ensure success
  • Working overtime as needed including some Saturdays
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including sewing equipment maintenance
  • Willingness to learn about the entire production process and assist wherever needed whenever necessary


  • Industrial sewing machine experience, including sergers, straight-stitch, walking foot and zig-zag machines
  • Ability to read and interpret scaled construction drawings and utilize measuring tools
  • Critical thinking and ability to problem solve
  • Exceptional ability to multi-task and work both independently and cooperatively with other departments
  • Clear communication skills and a willingness to learn
  • Outstanding work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to speak and read English
