Are you ready to join our creative team? We’re looking for a full-time Publishing Associate. This position is based in our Chicago office, and we offer a flexible work arrangement.

Responsibilities include:
· Setting up new items and maintaining project information in the title management system (Biblio).
· Ensuring all publishing data is up-to-date and accurate for internal reference and external metadata feeds.
· Acting as a Key System Contact for the title management system, answering system queries and providing training to staff, where needed.
· Working with licensing partners to secure creative development approvals for international titles.
· Working closely with the Publishing Operations Director to monitor project milestone dates.
· Maintaining and updating project schedules within the project management system as needed.
· Acting as point of contact within the Publishing department for Domestic and International sales, manufacturing, and operations.
· Arranging, preparing for, and attending meetings as requested; supplying and gathering relevant information; and sharing meeting notes.
· Working with the Publisher to prepare presentations.
· Assisting the Publishing Operations Director as needed.
Skills and experience:
· Bachelor’s degree (English/Journalism preferred)
· 1-3 years’ related experience
· Highly organized and detail-oriented
· Proactive, self-starting, and willing to learn
· Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and changing priorities
· Proficient in G Suite, Excel, PPT
· Previous experience with Biblio a plus
