DEPARTMENT: Marketing & Sales
Support the activities of the Communications and PR Department staff during the Symphony Center performance season with tasks that may include but are not limited to drafting press materials, assembling and preparing hard copy and electronic press kits for media, collecting and preparing press clippings, researching media outlets and updating media lists and assisting with photo service requests, as well as preparing for and staffing press events as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
A Bachelor’s Degree in Music or Communications is preferred.
Pleasant office environment. Part-time schedule of up to 20 hours a week.
