Picture Framing Sales Associate/Project Manager

We work with all facets of the art and design industry to provide services for custom framing, custom carved frames, conservation of fine art, objects and furniture, fine art mounting and printing.

We are seeking self-motivated individual with excellent client service skills to assist our team in establishing new accounts, as well as servicing some existing. Having an organized daily schedule to be able to maintain appointments in and outside the showroom is necessary. Project management is also a large part of this position.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate the following qualities:
-Minimum of 5 years experience in the fine art industry
- A background in art or interior design with an eye for detail and color would be particularly desirable.
- Picture framing experience/knowledge is a MUST.
- detail oriented, cataloging info/emails
-proficient in Microsoft Office, google, QuickBook
-Ability to multi-task and have project management experience.
-Develop proposals and cost estimates for projects
-Great interpersonal skills
-Motivated, ability to flourish with minimal guidance.
-have an excellent phone demeanor, and be presentable.
Employee will be expected to work full time (40 hrs) Saturdays included, flexible hours available. Vacation & holiday pay, as well as health, dental & 401k available.
Pay is open depending on experience and education.
