Pivot Arts is searching for a part-time Marketing Manager (MM) who will oversee our spring marketing including our podcast, digital programming and festival. The MM manages the company's digital marketing strategy including social media, website and e-blasts; distribution of print materials and box office. The MM should be skilled with social media; be able to be trained in and/or knowledgeable about WordPress; and create digital content. The MM will also set up ticketing and manage virtual sales. Due to pandemic, we are working from home and meeting virtually.
The MM will research potential partners for audience development; forge and implement collaborative marketing strategies with participating festival companies, artists, venues and sponsors. In addition, MM helps recruit, oversees and manages volunteers as well as distribution of postcards, posters and brochures.
This position requires a highly organized and reliable "go-getter" with strong communication, written and people skills. The MM must be able to meet deadlines and work in a collaborative environment. Knowledge of WordPress a plus. This is an excellent opportunity to meet and work with top tier theater, dance and music artists. The MM reports to Pivot Arts Director.
Note that this is a part-time, seasonal position from early March - June 11 and averages about 20 hours a week at about $450/week.
