The People and Culture team was created to advance organizational equity work and foster a supportive museum culture. People and Culture is focused on four areas: inclusion and belonging; staff engagement; performance management; and communications.
As Manager,Talent on the People and Culture team, you will facilitate efforts in support of an inclusive culture by working closely with People and Culture and HR to create and implement strategies that promote the development of talent and engagement throughout the museum. You will modernize our workplace culture, processes and structure by developing, implementing and monitoring process and tools for an integrated talent management ecosystem utilizing a diversity lens that aligns our approach to recruitment, onboarding, retention, manager training, performance management and learning and growth opportunities.

Salary range: $70,000-$80,000
