We are currently looking for candidates to join our team remotely as the Manager of New Business and Marketing. Job Overview: The primary function of this position is to generate New Business for DCM. After successful completion of the initial training period we expect to promote this role from Manager to Director. This role is a base salary of $65K plus commission, with total salary ranging up to $85K. The perfect candidate should have some experience, lots of enthusiasm/energy and looking to learn and grow more. A great position for someone looking to move out of the non-profit world.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Respond to and follow up to Prospective Clients with personal phone calls, email, video conference and in-person meetings
• Close new accounts
• Create proposals for new business
• This requires an excellent understanding of numbers and ability to develop projections and estimates in Excel
• Implement regular direct marketing efforts including emails, personal correspondence, newsletters, updates etc.,
• Maintain quarterly marketing email newsletter program
• Present DCM's services at on-site meetings with prospective clients.
• Maintain and improve DCM website
• Maintain and improve sales presentation materials

Other Marketing responsibilities include:
• Oversee creation of artwork/marketing pieces.
• Strategize on and attend trade conferences each year
• Manage sponsorship opportunities
• Set up exhibit hall presence
• Coordinate attendance of DCM Staff
• Oversee all Branding initiatives
• Organize special events, dinners, and other social occasions
• Other day to day marketing and sales related responsibilities

• Sales and/or marketing experience
• Sense of humor
• Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication
• Excellent computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point, Google Suite
• Non-profit arts organization experience preferred but not required

This position is classified as Full-Time, Salaried and Non-Exempt. Medical, Dental and Vision benefits eligible after 60 days. DCM is committed to growth and development within our company. Currently, this position is fully remote, some in-person meetings will be expected when circumstances permit.
