LATITUDE Chicago | Executive Director
LATITUDE is the Midwest's first and only community digital lab, with a special focus on photography, located in Chicago’s West Town neighbourhood, and founded in 2012. The organization’s mission is twofold: first, to provide affordable access to high-end digital printing and scanning equipment and a production space for the creation of artwork, while offering technical assistance and education; and second, to organize a diverse range of social, academic, and educational programming dedicated to the arts, including a fee-free monthly Artist-in-Residence program. The organization aims to act as a hub for Chicago artists, and provide resources usually unavailable outside academic institutions. LATITUDE seeks an enthusiastic and hardworking professional to take on the role of Executive Director, reporting to and collaborating with the board of directors. The position is in charge of overseeing the organization’s daily operations and ensuring the continuous fulfillment of its mission and financial health while playing an active role in shaping its future growth.
