Guest Services & Operations Manager

The Guest Services and Operations Manager leads the Smart Museum’s guest services team and facilities operations. Guest Services and Operations Manager supports the visitor experience by managing the Guest Services team including supervision of the Guest Services Coordinator and Guest Services staff as they welcome Smart Museum guests and ensure compliance with Smart Museum visitor protocols while they visit the Museum and its exhibitions. The Manager has primary responsibility for heading museum security, protecting art objects and managing

Smart Museum facilities. Serves as the primary liaison with University Facilities Services and University Safety and Transportation and provides overall facilities management for the Museum. In addition, working with the Guest Services Coordinator, the Manager manages the visitor reservation system and the Smart Museum events space rental process. The Guest Services and Operations Manager reports to the Dana Feitler Director of the Smart Museum.

This is a full-time benefits eligible position.
