Primary ResponsibilitiesMaintain brand consistency across all VG collateral, including updating the theater's style guide as-neededSet artwork (photography, typography) for VG productions, and implement across various formats (posters, large-scale displays, web ads, etc.)Design VG branded materials including brochures, window clings, lobby displays, flyers, email blasts, subscription materials, invitations, etc.Typeset and format VG production printed programsMaintain VG website content in collaboration with the Director of Marketing and Communications Provide support for the Marketing and Development special events as-neededQualificationsBachelor's Degree1-2 years of professional experienceExcellent verbal and written skills including proofreading and editingExpertise in Adobe Creative Suite, with high proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignKnowledge of basic typography/typesetting principlesKnowledge of HTML, WordPress, MailChimp preferredA collaborative spirit, creative mind, and sense of humorExcellent project management skills and the ability to work within tight deadlines, sometimes with short noticeComfortable with large-scale print projectsAbility to manage, delegate and prioritize projectsAttention to detail and ability to incorporate feedback from multiple partiesA passion for live theater and the arts preferredKnowledge of Spektrix a plusCompensationSalary range is $30-$35K and commensurate with qualification and experience.
