Front of House and Audience Services Coordinator
The Front of House and Audience Services Coordinator is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Operations and collaborating with the Operations and Events Manager to provide information, support, and services to execute Front of House & Performance Operations. This role will facilitate the transition of communication from performance & event advancement to execution via the House Managers & Front of House team.
Primary responsibilities include cultivating and maintaining the theater's Front of House part-time personnel and volunteers, fostering consistent and high-level customer service practices, and maintaining excellent communication with renters/clients, along with internal departments, to execute performance and event details.
