Enrichment Educator, Improv & Performance

At The Brainchild Collective, we bring youth education programs together to unlock Social-Emotional Learning and drive lifelong impact in students from preschool to graduation.

Enrichment Educators work in a contract-based capacity and will be free to accept or decline individual programs in accordance with their availability.

As an Enrichment Educator, you’ll be responsible for bringing that vision to life through the delivery of SEL-based programming in PK-12 classrooms. The Brainchild Collective delivers programming in a variety of disciplines steeped in Social-Emotional Learning including Dance, Theater, and Improv Comedy.

As an Enrichment Educator for our upcoming Improv and Performance Programs in the Northwest side of Chicago, you’ll have the opportunity to lend your experience in performance to provide a unique experience to the children you will serve.

Classroom Instruction: Support the Social-Emotional Learning growth of PK-12 students through high-quality, engaging instruction in at least one discipline delivered by The Brainchild Collective.

Program Assessment: Track student progress in alignment with national standards for Social-Emotional Learning.

Community Engagement: Integrate into and support the larger enrichment ecosystem.
