South Shore Arts is seeking an arts education professional with a demonstrated history of developing and implementing dynamic visual arts-based programs to join our team as the Director of Education. This person will oversee all South Shore Arts education programs—including supervising all contract instructors and the Program Coordinator. The Director of Education serves as a key member of the South Shore Arts leadership team whose contributions are vital in determining the strategic direction of the organization.

Ideal applicants for this position have an in-depth knowledge of the visual arts and education, are highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, are highly proficient with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, and have experience with CRM databases in a nonprofit environment.
