Compensation: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
Job Summary: The Customer Experience Agent position will be working with the Front of House & Business Managers, Catering Lead, and Box Office Lead to act as an overall customer service representative assisting with the execution of the ticketing and hot chocolate catering duties associated with the event. Agent is responsible for setting the first impression of the event, so efficiency and friendliness are required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Welcoming customers as they approach the ticketing area and assist with any service needsConfirm reservationsActing as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or informationWork with the reservation systemAssist in the pouring and delivering of the Hot Chocolate to the train for each departureAssist in customer parkingWorks with the entire event team to maintain a positive, enjoyable, and rewarding environment for all staff and passengerAssist in general care of ticketing area and catering areas, including keeping a clean and orderly spaceOther duties as assigned
Education, Skill & Work Experience Requirements
Front desk, reservation, customer service experience preferredStrong leadership and communication skillsExcellent customer service skillsBasic computer skillsPossess a well-spoken manner in personal communications
Work Environment
Able to work in cold, snowy or otherwise inclement winter weatherAbility to work weekends and eveningsAbility to lift 20-pound objectsVaried schedule requiring evenings, weekends and overtimeMajority of time spent on feetASAP to January 1st
