Communication & Consulting Assistant
The Communications + Consulting Assistant will support Rena Sternberg Fine Art Consulting in all aspects of business operations, with a particular emphasis on the coordination of art tours, client relations and social media. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Coordination with clients, galleries, museums, and artists in preparation for art tours and client acquisitions and/or de-accessions
Research into exhibition programs and contemporary art scene in Chicago
Hands-on support for Rena Sternberg and clients during tours, special events and client consultations
Maintenance of company e-mail and mailing lists
Writing of all promotional content, including social media
Website maintenance
REQUIRMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Art, Art History, or a related field.
JOB TYPE: Part-time, flexible, approximately 10-15 hours per week.
COMPENSATION: Commensurate with experience
