Client Support Coordinator

Who We Are:

We’re currently seeking a Full-Time Client Support Coordinator to join our team. You’ll receive on-site training and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment where your ideas matter. This position will report directly to our Corporate Office located in River North, Chicago.

Proposed Schedule:

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm some weekends required.

Job duties:

  • Keep up with incoming calls, emails, chats, and leads.
  • Provide expert support for all customer needs, which include products and services, billing questions, technical issues, and event related requests.
  • Guide customers through online login and ordering; troubleshoot/report website issues as needed.
  • Serves as in-house contact for Client Support Supervisor while they are at the show site.
  • Ensure on-site teams are aware of changes and prepared for how those changes affect the customer’s needs.
  • Enter orders, research invoices, and research show information in GCJ Brands billing systems.
  • Quote prices and credit terms in compliance with current policies and procedures.
  • Analyze accounts for proper billing procedures and takes necessary action to bill/resolve as necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all exhibitor products and services and of the website for exhibitor ordering.
  • Produce miscellaneous/small projects as needed.
  • Assist with other job duties as assigned by management.
  • Knowledge of Boomer E-Commerce and ConvetionSuite are ideal.

Requirements:

  • College degree is highly preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience with trade shows, live events and hospitality events.
  • Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
  • A professional attitude centered on customer service.
  • The ability to multitask and solve problems in a highly organized manner.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments.
  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends as required.

Salary: Hourly salary based on experience.
