DCM Inc. is looking for theatrical personalities with a passion for the performing arts. We're looking for salespeople; we're looking for fundraisers. This is an opportunity to do something that really serves a purpose. Our outreach directly supports the Chicago Symphony Orchestra's highest standard of artistic excellence, as well as their transformative education and outreach programs -- and we're looking to hire those who have the passion and conviction required for success.

We are currently recruiting remote/work from home Fundraising Representatives for The Chicago Symphony Orchestra.

Job Profile:

• Calling past donors/subscribers/patrons of the symphony to secure donations
• Part-Time Shifts: Mon-Thurs 4:30-9pm, Fri-Sat 11am-3:30pm CST
• Flexible scheduling (minimum of 18 hrs per week -- 4 full shifts) -- MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR FRIDAY SHIFTS ON OCCASION
• Comprehensive and ongoing training/coaching
• Mandatory paid training: Monday 10/16 AND Tuesday 10/17, both days 3-7pm CST
• Qualified Leads -- NO COLD CALLING!!

Requirements:

• MUST be knowledgeable and passionate about classical music and the performing arts!!
• a great desire to promote and preserve orchestral music
• a successful sales and/or fundraising background, with the ability to consistently close "sales" and raise money
• an ability to follow directions and read from a script
• high quality customer service attitude
• computer savvy, with proficiency on multiple softwares/platforms
• persistent, diligent work ethic; self-motivated while being a team player
• must have computer or laptop with headset or headphones and good internet connection

Compensation:

• Base hourly rate (guaranteed minimum wage) plus commission (% of donation)
• Top Performers usually make between $20-$25+ per hour every week

You must be working from one of the following cities/states to be eligible: Illinois, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts.
