La Caccina’s Business Administrator will have 3 primary areas of responsibility:
Provide administrative support to La Caccina, managing day-to-day operations including website monitoring and maintenance, email communications, and merch store order processing and fulfillment.
Lead and coordinate development efforts by cultivating and maintaining relationships with Board members, donors, and potential sponsors. Identify potential foundation and corporate supporters and lead in grant-writing efforts. With the Board Treasurer, monitor finances, budgeting, and funding sources for each season.
MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS
In collaboration with the Artistic Director and Production Manager, lead in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns for La Caccina concerts and other programs across all social media and newsletter platforms. Additional advertising and marketing as needed for each concert cycle.
