Assistant Director of Operations & General Manager-Krannert Center for the Performing Arts

Reporting to the Director of the Center, this position oversees building-wide systems and facilities, manages vendor relationships and works collaboratively to ensure accessibility and promote a “culture of welcome” for patrons, students and staff. Working with the Director of the Center, the ADO coordinates financial planning and manages budgets in collaboration with the College of Fine and Applied Arts Performing Arts Service Center (PASC) and supervises the administrative and facilities teams. Preferred candidates will have experience in arts management, venue management or the performing arts and experience working in not-for-profit, mission-driven organizations. The anticipated start date is negotiable, with the hope to begin as soon as possible after the close of the search. Competitive salary for this position begins at $70,000.
