After School Drama Teacher / The Stage School
The Stage School is currently seeking qualified Drama Instructors/Teaching Artists for our upcoming fall session.
The Teaching Artist will teach singing to acting and improv to students ages 5-15 in our after school Creative Drama and Sketch Comedy & Improv classes.
Classes meet from 4:00 – 6:15 PM on Mondays after school. The fall session begins September 16 and runs through November 18.
The Teaching Artist will be responsible for directing our end of term showcase and preparing students for performance throughout the term.
Location: Centennial Activity Center, 100 S Western Ave, Park Ridge, IL
Compensation is $100 per week.

Skills & Qualifications:
Ideal teaching candidates will
· be motivated, energetic, and organized
· have a strong professional background in theater.
· have experience teaching children ages 6 - 16
· have experience in rehearsing and directing performances
· have a passion for teaching life skills to young people through the performing arts.
