LOCATION: Goodman Theatre – Owen Theatre

REPORTING TO: Director of Production & Operations and Owen Production Manager

SALARY RANGE: $729-$1,000 per week

DATES: 11/9/21 through 12/19/21

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Goodman Theatre seeks local to Chicago AEA Stage Managers to join our team as a part of our annual New Stages Festival Workshop Productions. These workshop productions are performed in repertory throughout the timeline listed above, and each show will have its own stage management team to support the workshop. The stage management teams are made up of an AEA Stage Manager and a non-AEA Production Assistant.

This position is contracted under a LORT Experimental Theatre Contract. Travel and housing are not provided for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities and duties as outlined in the LORT AEA agreement.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

AEA Member in good standing

Understanding of theatrical rehearsal procedures, and performance etiquette
