Administrative Assistant / Office-Event Experience

If you are looking for a part time office position that has a lot of moving parts and variety in your week, then this may be for you. An ideal candidate will have solid office experience, can work both independently and collaborate well with others.

This is a small office, but this position works directly with the Minister, interacts with many groups, volunteers, members, etc., so excellent communication, coordinating, and ability to multi-task is essential. Use of Microsoft Office Suite is required, and knowledge of other apps, systems, social media, and experience coordinating events is a plus. Basic administrative duties, including but not limited to responding to emails, phone calls, assisting with billing, invoicing, copying, etc. Other tasks may include assisting with organizing workshops, events, zoom meetings, etc. If you are a detail-oriented person and looking to keep busy, this will be a great opportunity. Sunday morning availability is required, and the work week culminates with a very dynamic event (Sunday service - in person and live streamed, that includes a main speaker, a full band, singers, cameras, etc.), in which this position assists to make that happen. Hourly pay rate is dependent on experience, 25-35 hours per week but may vary. A great opportunity for someone with a strong office skill set and looking to learn and grow with us.
